Counseling that engages your strength, your faith, & your imagination to help you heal.

Faith-informed talk and EMDR therapy in Washington, DC and NOVA.

Are you feeling burned out and exhausted? Is anxiety interfering with your daily focus? is your relationship struggling?

Faith-informed therapy can help you develop new patterns of interaction and confidence in your worth while helping you let go of old fear and unproductive defense patterns.  We have therapists who are trained in a variety of therapy approaches including CBT, family systems, and EMDR.

Ways we can help.

  • Individual therapy & EMDR

Individual therapy provides a space to think about your life and relationships from a different perspective so you can go back into daily life and practice. EMDR can help individuals break free from old memories, beliefs, and behaviors that are intrusive or unhelpful so that the person can live more in the present moment.

  • Parent/Child Therapy

Life is all about relationships, with ourselves, with people around us, and with God. Sometimes families get stuck in unhelpful conflict or avoidance patterns. Family therapy provides a space to slow down and interrupt the usual pattern creating opportunities to communicate and interact differently.

Our therapists provide counseling and coaching services to individuals seeking to reduce anxiety, increase efficacy at work, and improve interpersonal relationships.

We are a group of counselors helping people improve their relationships (with friends, family, coworkers, and romantic partners), heal from trauma, and develop positive coping skills. We specialize in family therapy, Christian counseling, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and transition adjustments (including multicultural and immigration challenges).
