What are Soul Restore Experiences?
Soul Restore Experiences are guided creative journeys that combine creative expression, emotional reflection, and inner awareness practices.
These workshops, groups, and private meetings are designed to help you slow down, create without pressure, and access clarity that doesn’t come from thinking—but from listening inward.
This is not an art class.
This is not traditional therapy.
This is a creative space for emotional and spiritual clarity.
Why should I try this?
Illnesses and medical traumas change you.
Your mind really likes nice, neat stories with a beginning, a middle, and (most importantly) an end. But medical journeys tend to linger in the chaotic middle and when they do end it’s often in a new normal that feels confusing and off-balance.
During the medical journey your mind (when clear enough to do so), raced to find answers, to predict outcomes, and prepare for worst-case scenarios. But now that it’s over (or is as stable as possible), your mind still won’t settle.
What if the illness returns?
What if the same painful experience happens again?
Can I go through this again?
Do I want to?
How do I reconnect with people when I feel so different now?
Should I tell my story or will that overwhelm people?
I get it, because I have been there.
In my 20s, a heart-related issue forced me to confront my own mortality.
In my 30s, infertility and multiple miscarriages challenged my faith in God and my identity as a woman.
In my 40s, Lyme disease stole my physical strength and endurance to the point that I almost lost my career.
I am well acquainted with the heartache of dreams that don’t come to fruition,
the frustration of a body that just can’t do what “normal” bodies can do,
and the recurring question of “Now what?”.
Expressing emotion and seeking healing through art helped me feel more settled physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
It also helped me reclaim aspects of myself that seemed lost.
I believe art-making can help you too.
Why This Guided Process Works
When we stop trying to force answers, something deeper emerges.
Creative expression bypasses overthinking and activates intuitive awareness, allowing emotional and spiritual clarity to surface naturally.

Do I need to be artistic?
No.
In fact, many participants have not drawn or painted since childhood.
