Have fun learning about yourself through Guided Creative Experiences
Life is changing - maybe by design, maybe beyond your control.
Transitions bring up lots of questions, uncertainties, and many decisions.
May it’s time for a little reflection in a fun new way.
That’s what I help people accomplish.
Soul Restore Experiences help you discover new things about yourself and find new clarity through creative experiences.
What are Soul Restore Experiences?
Soul Restore Experiences are guided creative journeys that combine creative expression, emotional reflection, and inner awareness practices.
These workshops, groups, and one-on-one experiences are designed to help you slow down, create without pressure, and access clarity that doesn’t come from thinking—but from listening inward.
It’s not just art,
And it’s not just talk.
This is a creative space for emotional and spiritual clarity.
Feedback from a client:
Painting from the Soul was such a fun and rewarding experience.
Angela created a safe environment to learn, reflect, and share our work. She offered encouragement and helped me to connect more deeply with the process and the other group participants.
As the figure emerged on my canvas, I was surprised by how much of it reflected insights and struggles within myself. It helped me put words to what I am learning about myself and be curious about my own process.
I would definitely recommend this program to others, whatever your skill or experience with painting.
Angela will teach you what you need and invite you to let yourself have fun and create regardless of the outcome.
Why This Guided Process Works
When we stop trying to force answers, something deeper emerges.
Creative expression bypasses overthinking and activates intuitive awareness, allowing emotional and spiritual clarity to surface naturally.
This supports:
emotional regulation
nervous system calming
reduced anxiety and mental looping
self-awareness
spiritual reflection
Do I need to be artistic?
No.
Not all Soul Restore Experiences involve drawing or painting. Some experiences utilize guided visualizations or rewriting narratives as a way to reset your creativity.
The art-based experiences are all designed to be accessible regardless of artistic skill, but do vary in complexity from simple lines and basic shapes to a guided process for painting a face.
Many participants have not drawn or painted since childhood.
This is not about skill, technique, or outcome.
It is about:
showing up
being present
and allowing whatever emerges to be enough
Begin your journey
If something in you feels drawn to slow down and listen more deeply to yourself, this may be your invitation.
You don’t need to know how to draw or paint.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to begin where you are.
